Version migration
We migrate your database and custom modules to the latest version, minimising downtime.
Why migrate versions
Staying stuck on an old Odoo version has a hidden cost: you lose new functionality, support and, often, the ability to comply with regulatory changes. Migrating to the latest version gives those improvements back and reduces technical debt, but it has to be done carefully so you don't lose data or break your customisations.
Data and custom modules, no surprises
We migrate your database and, above all, your custom modules, which are the delicate part: custom code must adapt to Odoo's new API. We refactor what's needed, validate that each flow still works and test thoroughly in a mirror environment before touching production.
Test plan, rollback and minimal downtime
Every migration comes with its test plan and its rollback plan: if something doesn't go as expected, we can roll back without drama. We schedule the move to production in the window that affects you least to keep downtime to a minimum, and we support you in the first days after the change.

Frequently asked questions
- Will I lose my customisations when migrating?
- No. We migrate and refactor them to work on the new version. This is exactly why well-written custom code makes the process far easier.
- How long will the system be down?
- We aim to keep it minimal, usually a short out-of-hours window. The final data load and the move to production are planned so as not to interrupt operations.
- Is it worth migrating or better to start fresh?
- It depends on the state of your installation. In the diagnosis we assess whether to migrate what exists or take the chance to reimplement on a cleaner base.
