How long does an implementation take?

Can I keep operating on my current system during migration?

Yes. We plan the migration to minimise downtime, usually with a final data load just before go-live and, if needed, a controlled period of parallel running between the old system and Odoo.

What if my data is messy?

It usually is, and we account for it. During migration we clean and normalise customers, products, suppliers and balances before loading them. Dirty data that enters the ERP causes errors for years, so we put real effort into validating it before go-live.

Do you work with Odoo Community and Enterprise?

Which Odoo versions do you support?

Does Odoo comply with Verifactu and TicketBAI?

Yes. We implement and configure Spanish tax compliance on top of Odoo invoicing, with the right certificate and parameters, and test it in a staging environment before issuing for real.

Are Verifactu and TicketBAI the same thing?

No. Verifactu applies in the common territory and TicketBAI in the Basque Country (Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa); they're different obligations. We enable exactly the one that applies to you based on your tax domicile, avoiding unnecessary configuration.
