- Will my data end up training third-party models?
- Not if we design it well. We choose providers and usage modes with zero data retention, or deploy open-source models on your own infrastructure when privacy demands it.
- What is RAG and why do I need it?
- RAG lets an LLM answer using your real documents and data instead of just its general knowledge. It reduces the model's hallucinations and lets it cite the source — key for serious business use.
- How is the cost of using AI controlled?
- We measure cost per query, pick the right model for each task (not always the most expensive) and apply caching and limits. AI has to pay off, and we size it so that it does.
