Frequently asked questions
- Are Verifactu and TicketBAI the same thing?
- No. Verifactu applies in the common territory and TicketBAI in the Basque Country; they're different obligations. In the integration we enable exactly the one that applies to you based on your tax domicile.
- Can you integrate Odoo with a system not on the list?
- Almost always, yes. If the system exposes an API or allows file exchange, we build the custom integration. We assess it in the initial diagnosis.
- What if an integration fails mid-sync?
- We design them to be fault-tolerant: retries, error logging and alerts, so no order or invoice is silently lost and you can reprocess whatever is needed.
