  • Contact form: name, email, company (optional), phone (optional) and the message content.
  • Browsing data (analytics): only if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated and anonymous usage metrics (see the Cookie policy).

We do not process special categories of data. The site is not directed at children under 14.

  • Handling your request and keeping in touch: pre-contractual measures and/or your consent (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Sending a commercial proposal related to your enquiry: legitimate interest and/or consent.
  • Web analytics: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Site security and abuse prevention (anti-spam): legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep contact form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the legal periods required to address potential liabilities. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form per the provider's policies.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or share your data. We use providers acting as data processors under the corresponding agreement:

  • Resend — sending the contact form email.
  • Vercel — website hosting and web analytics.

We will only disclose data to third parties where legally required.

6. International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Vercel or Resend) may process data outside the European Economic Area (USA). Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms provided by the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to soporte@consultorodoo.com stating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, https://www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (encryption in transit, access control and data minimisation).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. Any changes will be published on this page with the update date.
